Presentation Guideline

​

Although ICECM 2026 prefer to have an in-person conference to the maximum extent possible, besides the regular live presentation format (oral), virtual presentation will be acceptable this year.

The virtual conference will be similar to any in-person conference. Presentations are assembled in sessions according to the topic and they are assigned a virtual room. A session chair will coordinate 1 session. As with the in-person conference, people access their preferred session by entering a room.
